- Royalty Plans – define one or more royalty plans with different frequency (monthly, weekly, bi-weekly), fixed or variable royalty percentage, minimum royalty amount, different fees, etc. For example, run weekly royalties for one product line and monthly royalties for another product line.
- Define complex Excel-like formulas to calculate royalties. Use any available data points in the formulas. For example, deduct sales tax or tips from the total sales before calculating royalty.
- Send royalty invoices to franchisees or post the data points and calculations to the franchisees for full transparency.

- Make taking a photo mandatory during the audit for each checklist item.
- Enable a note field for each checklist item for the auditor to add a comment.

Improved FDD & FA Disclosure Period Validation
We have improved the validations for FDD and FA disclosure periods.
Going forward, the system will prevent you from sending an FA until the minimum FDD disclosure period is over.
Additionally, the system will prevent an FA from being signed until the FA disclosure period is over.

We have improved our lead distribution rules to include distributing leads to franchisees. Set up rules based on a variety of data points such as geographic location or territory and automatically distribute sales leads to the appropriate location.
