How to manage different Relations between Accounts

CRM is about building relationships and knowing your leads and customers better. Soffront Relations helps you to specify and manage how your Leads and Customers relate to each other.

Example:

If one of your leads referred to another, you’ll be able to specify a relation to log who was the referrer and referee.

Step 1: Add Relation Name

  1. To start using this feature, click on All Settings on the home page.
  2. Then select Relations under List.

3. Click on the +ADD sign on the right side of the screen to add a Relation name. Example: Client, Contractor, Accountant etc

4.  Here you can find List of all added Relation names.

Step 2: Add the Relationships tab to Accounts.

  2. To relate two leads, start with one of them, Select a Lead and  go to the Relationships tab then click the Add button.
  3. Find the other lead by searching for them by Company, Full Name or Email. Then type in first few letters and click on the search icon, this will bring up all the options and their contact details. Select your option from the list.

4.  Pick the relations for each lead. Since a lead can relate in more than one ways, you can select more than one Relations for each.

Example: Soffront Inc. is a Coach for BCD Corp. and BCD Corp is a Client for Soffront Inc.

5.  The Relations will be visible from both the Lead records. Once you are done, click on OK button.

  • From the relationship page  click on the Company name to go to the Company’s detail view.
