You can Organize your Workflow Stages on Column View according to your own preference. This is Applicable to Accounts, Opportunities, Projects, and Cases.
Note: There have to be multiple active Workflows defined to a particular Object. You will not get this option if there is only one active workflow assigned to the particular object.
Here we are showing you the steps to organize Workflow Stages on Column View of Account records which is same for Opportunities, Projects, and Cases.objects as well.
1) Navigate to Sales -> Accounts -> Accounts Home -> Filters -> All Accounts and click on Column View option to switch the current view from list view to column view.
2) It will open the Column view on the screen where you need to select All option from the Workflow drop-down and click on the setup icon to personalize the column view settings for all stage (See below)
3) You can simply drag and drop the workflow stages to change their position and organize their order as per your own preference. Click on Save to apply all the changes are made.
