Integrate DocuSign with Soffront

With DocuSign integration in Soffront, you will be able to do the followings:

  • Connect your DocuSign account with Soffront.
  • Send documents for electronic signature.
  • After the documents are signed, see the signed documents as attachments

Note: You must have a DocuSign account to get connected with Soffront and there should be some templates saved in your DocuSign account.

Below steps will help you to integrate Soffront with your DocuSign account

1. From the Home screen of your CRM navigate to User icon and click on Integrations option.

2. Integrations  drawer opens along with its components. DocuSign Integration option is displayed there.

3. Click on DocuSign Integration option→ DocuSign Integration section opens with its components

4. Click on Connect button

5. Now a window will appear where you have to enter your DocuSign credentials to get connected.

6. Once you get connected with your DocuSign account, you will be navigated to to DocuSign section, where you will see the connected account along with Disconnect button.

Now you can send template from Soffront application to your customers for electronic signature and how you can do so, please see below steps:

7. Go to Accounts Open any record→ Click on More (…) button→ Send DocuSign

 

Tip: You can perform this action from Accounts Detail View only.

8. Clicking on DocuSign from More, DocuSign Integration drawer should open along with its components

 

9. Select any DocuSign template from the dropdown that you want and select the contact name to whom you want to send it for electronic signature. You can add a Comment and click on the Send button.

Tip: Add a comment field auto-populates the texts but if you want you can change the comment

10. After sending the template, an email note will be updated in Notes tab mentioning:

11. Once the template has been signed electronically by the customer, the document should be displayed in PDF format in Attachments child tab of the corresponding account or contact.

Tip: The type of the document can be anything (.docs, .xls or .pptx etc) but after getting signed by the customer, all the document should be converted into PDF format.
