How to Rename Royalty and My Royalties (Unit)

Soffront CRM provides flexible customization options, including the ability for users to rename key desktop menu items. This can help tailor the CRM interface to better fit your organization’s terminology and workflows.

Overview

Previously, we weren’t able to rename the “Royalty” or “My Royalties” menu items — but now you can rename them to something else, based on your preference.

As example:

  • Royalty renamed to Results

  • My Royalty (under Units) renamed to My Results

Renaming these menu items allows for a more intuitive user experience and reflects the specific business language your team uses.

Additional Notes

  • This renaming feature is user-friendly and immediate, requiring no technical knowledge.

  • Renaming menu items helps align Soffront CRM terminology with your company’s internal language and improves clarity for your users.

  • Changes to the desktop menu affect only the menu labels; they do not alter any functionality behind these menu items.
