How to integrate with Office 365 calendar?

You can Synchronize Appointments between Soffront and Office 365. Before you start synchronize your Soffront data with Office 365 you need to enable the Integration settings for Office 365.

How to enable the Integration settings for Office 365:

  • Click on User Profile Image → Choose “Integrations” option.

  • Go to “Email and Calendar Integration” section → Choose “Microsoft Office 365 (Online)” option from Service drop down → Click on Connect button.

  • This will open a Sign-in window – sign in with your Microsoft Office 365 (Online) account.

  • After signing in successfully,  below section will appear.

  • Now choose your calendar you want to sync with from Calendar drop down → Click on Save to save your settings.

Your Microsoft Office 365 (Online) Calendar is now synced with your Soffront Calendar.

Tip: Appointments will be synchronized in every 15 minutes interval.

All the new appointments you create in your CRM or Microsoft Office 365 (Online) calendar will be synced both ways.

Tip: Append Company & Append Contact check-box options will be unchecked by default.

If you select these check boxes, from that time forward, appointments created and updated from Soffront to Office 365 will change the appointment title to –

<Subject> | <Contact Name> | <Company Name>

The company name and contact name will be populated from the company and contact field (if not empty) from appointment.
