Soffront’s power dialer needs to be turned on for each user separately.
Please follow these steps to enable power dialer for your users:
- Go to Settings > Users.
- Click the user’s name to open the edit user page.
- Check the Enable Power Dialer checkbox and Save.
Note: If the user is already logged into Soffront while this is turned on, s/he will need to log out and log back in to see the call option in the list views.
