To enhance communication management, Soffront introduces an optional “Campaign Reply To Email” field within the company profile. This feature allows users to specify a dedicated email address for receiving replies from campaign emails, separate from the primary business email.
Location & Setup

Navigate to Settings → Company Profile.

Locate the new field “Campaign Reply To Email”, placed immediately below the Business Email field.

This field is optional and accepts any valid email address.

How to Use

Enter the desired reply-to email address in the Campaign Reply To Email field.

Click Save to apply changes.

Campaign emails sent via Soffront will now use this address as the reply destination.

Important Considerations and Usage Guidelines

To activate the Campaign Reply To Email during a campaign, you must use the merge field
${company.replyto_email}within your campaign email setup. This merge field dynamically pulls the specified reply-to address from your company profile.-
If you do not use this merge field in the campaign, the Campaign Reply To Email will not work, and replies will default to the standard business email.

Alternatively, you can manually override the reply-to address in the campaign settings by entering any other email address. This custom address will take precedence over the company-level reply-to email.

When sending marketing or notification campaigns, replies will be directed to this specified address instead of the default business email.

This segregation improves workflow by directing campaign responses to a dedicated mailbox or team, avoiding clutter in general correspondence channels.
