Add More Than One Contacts to an Account

Depending on your business, you may need to associate more than one contact to one account.

Follow these steps to add multiple contacts to an account:

  1. Bring up the account record in detail view.
  2. Go to the child contacts tab.
  3. If you are adding a brand new contact (that was not previously added to CRM), click the Add button () and fill out the contact form.
  4. If you associating an existing contact to the account, click the Link icon () to search for an existing contact and associate it with the account.
