In the recent past we have received so many complaints, that templates are scattered across the application and it would be better if we have all the different types of templates in a centralized location.
Well, your patience paid off and in this release we have consolidated our templates into one place.
For the Sales module we have replaced the Sales Templates menu in the left panel with a new menu item called Templates.
The common menu will include these options:
- Sales Email Templates
- Marketing Email Templates
- SMS Templates
- Call Scripts
- Agreement Templates
For the Marketing module we have introduced a new menu called Templates in the left panel.
The common menu will include these options:
- Sales Email Templates
- Marketing Email Templates
- SMS Templates
- Call Scripts
- Agreement Templates
Also we have taken out Email Templates link from the Email Marketing sub-menu list.
