MU Support
Easier Unit Setup – Each franchise unit now has a unique Franchise ID, with the option to link it to existing owners for multi-level structures.
Add Sub-Units – Branches can quickly add sub-units under a main franchise, making it easier to manage multiple locations or divisions.
Independent Access – Sub-units get their own login and admin-level access while staying connected to the main franchise for better control.
Shared Branding – Company profile settings like logo and details set by the main franchise are automatically applied to all sub-units for consistent branding.
Clear Hierarchy View – A new tree structure shows all units and sub-units in one place, making navigation and management simple.
Campaign Report
The new Email Campaign Report brings together reporting for both Broadcast Campaigns and Automated Campaigns in one view. This would be a powerful tool for FR to see the statistics on marketing email consumptions by each Units on a given time. The report displays sent email metrics for the selected time frame and unit names, ensuring you get accurate insights tailored to your filters

Royalty: Collect All Changes
For franchisor tenants connected with Stripe ACH, if any unit under that franchisor is also ACH-enabled, the Collect All option now includes several usability improvements:

Show Only the Unpaid – Each royalty plan now displays a new Payment Status field with four categories: Outstanding, Paid, In Process, and Failed. Within the Collect All dialog, only the Outstanding items will be shown for processing.

Fixed Header – The header now stays pinned at the top, even while scrolling through the list, so column titles remain visible at all times.

Wider Dialog Box – The Collect All dialog has been expanded in width to provide more space for viewing and reviewing royalty details.

Right-Aligned Proceed Button – The Proceed button has been moved to the right-hand side, aligning with UI standards for better usability and consistency.


Clear Option for Date/Time Fields
A new Clear option is now available for editable date and datetime fields. This functionality applies only to the following objects: Accounts, Contacts, Partners, Opportunities, Products, Cases, Custom Object 1 – 4. It provides admins greater flexibility when updating or removing date-related values from records.
“View as a Web Page” Option in Broadcast Campaign
Campaign emails sent through Broadcast Campaigns now also include a “View as a Web Page” option same as Automated campaigns. This ensures recipients can open the email content in their browser, providing a consistent viewing experience even if the email client fails to display it correctly.

Modify Workflow Name
A new option under Settings > Franchisee > Unit CRM Setup > Workflow & Rules now allows FR to restrict Unit administrators from changing the workflow name. When unchecked, unit admins can not modify the workflow names, making it easier for FR to keep processes clearly labeled and organized.
