How to Update Unit Info

Franchisor users (FR) sometimes add tenant records with a company name and later change the company name directly in the unit account. This leads to mismatches between the tenant and unit company names, causing data inconsistencies.

To resolve this issue, Soffront has introduced a new action called “Update Unit Info”, available in the unit list under the More (three-dot) menu. This feature allows admins to update the company name directly and keep data consistent across tenant and unit records.

How to Use the Update Unit Info Action

  1. Navigate to Management → Units.

  2. Select the unit(s) you wish to update by checking their checkboxes.

  3. Click the (More) menu button above the unit list.

  4. Choose Update Unit Info from the dropdown menu (it appears as the last option).

  5. The Update Unit Info dialog will open:

    • The first column displays the field label (currently only Company).

    • The second column shows the current value of that field.

    • The third column contains an input box to enter the new value.

  6. Enter the correct company name or updated info in the text box.

  7. Click Save to apply changes.
